No. It’s a reminder tool, not medical advice. It doesn’t tell you what to take, give dosing advice or check interactions, and Doseline AI can misread a prescription. Always check what you save against the label, and follow your doctor’s or pharmacist’s instructions.
Printed prescriptions, medicine boxes and labels, and sentences you type to Doseline AI, in English, Vietnamese, German, French, Spanish and Portuguese. Clear photos of printed text work best. Every result is shown for you to check before anything is saved.
Photos are read on your iPhone; only their text is sent, with names, addresses, phone and ID numbers removed. Your message and the medicines, schedule and history needed to answer go through our server to an AI model provider. Our server doesn’t store them. The Privacy Policy has the details.
Yes. Reminders, logging and history run on your iPhone. Doseline AI, for reading prescriptions and chatting, needs a connection. Without one you can still add a medicine by hand.
Yes, with Plus. Add the people you care for, and their reminders come to your iPhone with their name on them, such as “Mom · Blood pressure”. Doseline doesn’t send anything to their phone.

Your prescriptions and history are stored on your iPhone, so they’re deleted with the app. An iPhone backup made earlier still has a copy until it’s replaced. Our server keeps no conversations, and you can export your history any time.
